I think tally in a wondrous person and cares about everyone. I think she has a joking personality but some people she cares about don't care about her yet. She has to have a surgery for Perls to care about her again.
I think that shay her BFF. Tally does only think about few things. Peris, Shay and her surgery that she always counts down to.
Tally loves to sneak around. She doesn't care about the rules because the people that keep them in order don't care. She doesn't care about technology which everyone else seems to care about. I think she is more on old fashion but that is me.
