Tally 

Tally is really annoying and she has to know about everything.  Tally she thinks about people so much differently than the readers thing for example Peris, everyone can see that he doesn't care about tally and yet she is still holding on to him.  When she asked if they were still friends and he said yeah sure what ever you want.  Peris couldn't care if she had died he didn't want to be caught with a ugly (ruin his reputation)and Tally just looks above that.  Tally has a bold mind she will not let go of anything she believes in.  She likes everything to be were she knows everything like on the roller coaster.
